RULES TO BE FOLLOWED IN ROUTINE

General Rules -

  1. Carefully Abide by the rules of school.
  2. No parents / guardians are allowed to visit teacher or students in theclass rooms during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  3. Students coming late to the school will be sent back home.
  4. No Student will be allowed in the school premises without proper uniform, otherwise they will be sent back home.
  5. Parents are requested to send lunch box with their child only It should not be delivered to the school afterwards.
  6. Students should not bring mobiles to school.
  7. Students should not wear or bring any valuables to the school.
  8. This diary should be brought to school daily.
  9. Parents should read and sign on the diary daily.
  10. Students should not come to the school office.
  11. If any student breaks the discipline of the school, strict action will be taken, which may even lead to expulsion.
  12. Students should speak English in the school campus. Fine will be charged if the student is found violating this rule.
  13. Use of folk/rural language is strictly prohibited in the school premises.
  14. Regular attendance to the school is essential.
  15. A student, who uses unfair means during tests or exams, will be given 'Zero' in the subject and parents will be summoned.
  16. Students should greet their teacher when they rneet them.
  17. All students are to be present in the school at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
  18. All the subject note-books should be checked and duly signed by the respective subject teacher one week phone the commencement of FA/SA.
  19. Student will not be allowed to sit in any FA/SA, if any of the subject copy is unchecked or incomplete work.

A permission slip to be obtained and shown at the school gate before leaving the campus.


Leave Rules

  1. Leave will be sanctioned when applied on the prescribed form only.
  2. Leave application must be submitted before proceeding on leave.
  3. Leave exceeding two days shall require the prior sanction of the Principal.
  4. Leave of absence will not ordinarily be granted on the first day of the academic session, last day before every vacation and re-opening days after summer and winter vacations. In case of an emergency, the school authorities must be informed well in time and the leave must be sanctioned by the Principal.
  5. In case your ward needs leave, the application should reach the school at least one day in advance and for any unforeseen happenings or sickness it should reach on the same day before interval.
  6. Absence up to 3 days without prior intimation to school debars the students from attending the school unless the parents in person explain and submit a written application mentioning the reason of her absence and non-submission of leave application on her joining date.
  7. In case of medical leave for more than 3 days, a medical certificate supported by medical prescription of the concerned hospital from which treatment is being taken is to be submitted along with the application.
  8. Leave on exam days is not granted generally, but in case of any unforeseen circumstances parents must meet the Principal either one day prior to the exam or on the day of the exam and get the leave sanctioned.
  9. More than 10 days leave will not be granted at a time but prolonged illness or exceptional cases supported by authentic documents could be considered by the Principal on the basis of a justified and good cause.
  10. Without prior sanction of leave or any written information if a student remains absent from the school for more than six consecutive days, it is tantamount to voluntary withdrawal of the pupil by the parent and in such case her name will be automatically struck off from the attendance register. In case you wish her to re-join, it will be granted on written assurance that the same will not be repeated. An application with an explanatory reason of absence along with the receipt of the deposit of a fine of 2000/- at school City Office.
